My grandfather was born and raised in Hilo, inspiring the flavors of Hawaii. My last name Nagrone, is actually Spanish Hawaiian, as much as it sounds Italian. With that being said this seasoning blend does bring in classic steak seasoning ingredients from Italy, like rosemary, basil, garlic, and onion. Immersing the flavors of multiple cultures to bring an everyday seasoning to life in a more unique way with the Hawaiian Green Jade.
This blend is inspired by my many travels throughout the Caribbean. Throughout the Dominican Republic, Barbados, St. Thomas, Sint Maarten, and throughout the Virgin Islands. It brings the nice spicy jerk seasoning flavor with habanero flakes from the Caribbean to give it that extra kick of spice that you find in the islands.
This blend is also inspired by my travels throughout the Caribbean. Bringing the wonderful sweet flavors of honey mixed with the spicy Caribbean Habanero flakes. Presenting these flavors throughout the many seafood dishes I experienced throughout the Caribbean islands.
Thai seasoning with lime pepper, inspired by my travels throughout Thailand. The flavors of this blend come through the multitude of whole fish, Tom Kah Gai, Yum Woon Sen, and curries that I enjoyed throughout my journey.
This seasoning blend features the wonderful flavors of the Chimayo pepper from my many travels throughout Loreto, La Paz, and Cabo San Lucas. Bringing the deep flavors of lime pepper, cumin, and green & white onion, all commonly found in these regions.
This seasoning blend features the wonderful flavors of sweet mango and chipotle pepper, mixed with a tiny touch of honey. This blend stems from my many travels throughout the Yucatan Peninsula, Cozumel, and Puerto Vallarta. It encompasses the sweet, spicy, and smoky flavors that I experienced during my time there. No matter where you are in the Yucatan you find these flavors everywhere in all of the most popular dishes of the region.
